The 2nd session of the 14th term of the private seminar S.T.F Digital Academy, led by our instructor Fujimatsu, was held.

<Contents of the 2nd Session>

LECTURES:

– Considerations for inlay restorations
– Key points and precautions for inlay milling
– Effects and considerations of pre-sintering stains
– Accuracy of IOS and model scanners
– Tips and techniques for IOS scanning
– Digital workflow for implant restorations
– Importance and maintenance of sintering furnaces

DEMONSTRATIONS / PRACTICAL TRAINING:

– Two inlay cases (3Shape / exocad)
– TRIOS scanning
– RayFace scanning
– Adjustment of a partially sintered Zr crown and application of pre-sintering stains
– Fit verification of the Zr framework assigned as homework
